Intro Chat

We'll book a FREE online 30-minute chat to discuss your support needs, and you'll get to know me better too. I'll ask about your sport passion, the current challenges you face and what good performance means to you.

Your Decision

You decide you'd like to proceed with support. I'll send you a consultancy agreement for you to complete and an invoice for the first session. I can also provide an online DBS check for your peace of mind as a parent.

Support Sessions

Sessions are charged at £75.00 per hour. We'll work together through online calls at a time to suit you so your support fits around your life. You'll learn how to maximise your performance through self-awareness and performance actions. Sessions might be weekly, fortnightly, or further apart. It all depends on your preferences and performance timeframe

The Natural Endpoint

When we've reached your desired endpoint we'll have a summary session to recap the progress you've made. This session allows us to reflect on the work we've done and provide feedback.

The Open Door

You are always able to restart support whenever you would like to; this includes months or years down the line. You can contact me when you'd like to speak again and we will work to enhance your performance further.
