Welcome to the second 4 weeks of the programme. In My Focus you'll be encouraged to use psych techniques including mindfulness, box-breathing and muscle relaxation. We'll start performance reviewing in detail to you can get the most out of your post-performance reflections and creating your most effective pre-performance routines.
This programme consists of 1 video per week spread across 4 weeks.
You'll be getting over 35 minutes of content and a 33-page booklet for a single price.
